2. Products & Pricing

  • We strive to display products, colors, and descriptions accurately.
  • Actual product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting conditions.
  • Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

As a customer-friendly brand, A Indie HAAT offers Cash on Delivery on eligible orders.

Order Verification

We may contact customers via call, SMS, WhatsApp, or email to verify COD orders before dispatch.

Right to Cancel COD Orders

A Indie HAAT reserves the right to cancel any COD order if:

  • Verification cannot be completed.
  • The delivery address appears incorrect or incomplete.
  • The customer has a history of refusing deliveries.
  • The order is suspected to be fraudulent.

Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason:

  • Future COD orders may be restricted or blocked.
  • We reserve the right to allow only prepaid orders from that customer.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier availability.
  • Delays caused by weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, or courier issues are beyond our control.

5. Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.

After Dispatch

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

For COD orders, customers are requested not to place orders casually and refuse them at delivery.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Wrong product received.
  • Damaged product received.
  • Manufacturing defect.

To request a return or exchange:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos or videos of the issue.

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Customized products.
  • Personal care items.
  • Products damaged due to misuse.
  • Clearance or sale items unless defective.

7. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after returned items pass quality inspection.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect after approval.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer, UPI, or another approved method.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on A Indie HAAT, including logos, product images, designs, text, graphics, and branding, is the property of A Indie HAAT and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes.
  • Provide false information.
  • Attempt to interfere with website security.
  • Use automated bots or scraping tools without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

A Indie HAAT shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.

12. Fake Orders & Non-Acceptance of Deliveries

A Indie HAAT reserves the right to maintain records of customers who repeatedly place orders and refuse delivery.

Such customers may:

  • Be restricted from placing future Cash on Delivery orders.
  • Be required to place prepaid orders only.
  • Have future orders cancelled without prior notice if fraudulent activity is suspected.

13. Changes to Terms

A Indie HAAT reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
